Pingo is secure workspace chat for invited organizations. It exists so teams can work together — not to build advertising profiles about their members.
Effective August 23, 2026
Pingo is operated by Triple 3 Labs, the trade name of JMC Companies, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. Each customer organization has a separate workspace, and workspace access is controlled by that organization's owners and admins.
That's the whole list. Pingo contains no advertising SDKs, no behavioral analytics trackers, and no location collection.
Messages, files, account data, and notification tokens are stored with Supabase (our database, authentication, storage, and realtime provider) in data centers located in the United States. Crash diagnostics, when enabled for production builds, are processed by Sentry. Public web pages are hosted by Vercel. All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit with TLS. Access to message data is restricted by row-level security so you can only ever read conversations you're a member of.
We do not sell, rent, or advertise with your personal information. We use Supabase for application infrastructure and data storage, Sentry for production crash diagnostics, Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications, Resend to deliver account and invitation email, Vercel to host public web pages, and Stripe to bill customer organizations outside the app. Payment-card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not available to Pingo. These providers may process only the information needed to perform their services and are required to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law. Messages you post are visible to the members of the channel or conversation you post them in — that's the product working as intended.
Messages and files are retained so your team's conversation history stays intact. You can edit or delete your own messages at any time. Deletion removes the content from active systems promptly; residual encrypted copies may remain for a limited period in provider backups until those backups rotate.
You can update your profile and change your password inside the app. To delete your account, open Your profile → Delete account. This removes your account, profile, messages, and files from active systems across every connected workspace; limited residual copies may remain in encrypted backups until normal rotation. You can also request deletion or withdraw an optional permission by emailing zeke@triple3labs.io from your account address. Notification permission can be changed at any time in your device settings.
Pingo is an invite-only workplace tool for managed organizations. If you see a message or file that should be reviewed, use Report message in the app or email zeke@triple3labs.io. Triple 3 Labs and the applicable workspace administrators can investigate reports, preserve or remove access as appropriate, and deactivate or remove an abusive user from the workspace.
Pingo is intended for businesses and their personnel who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to, and must not be used by, anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and note the new effective date above. Material changes will be announced inside the app.
